Zuma welcomes Bishop Justin Bishop has joined Zuma as general manager. Bishop will take responsibility for the floor staff and day-to-day running of the bar and restaurant. Bishop's previous roles include launching and managing some of London's largest and most iconic restaurants including Mezzo Restaurant, La Casa Del Habano and the Floridita London. Bishop has more than five years of experience in the Middle East, having worked as head of operations for the Emirates Group (ELR).
