Our Client, a large multinational, has an exciting opportunity for an Exhibition Centre GM in the UAE. This is a challenging operational role that requires a professional and dynamic individual.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage/catering/hospitality operation of a world class venue. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing and operating business plans, preparing and operating budgets, Business Development, developing supplier and contractor relationships; managing and motivating a successful multi-national team.
The successful candidate must have considerable experience in the food and beverage/catering/hospitality of a major convention and exhibition centre, large hotel or similar hospitality based projects. A proven track record in Middle Eastern culture, business practices and sensitivities would be a significant advantage.
You will possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. You must exhibit the capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
